new technology news , latest technology news , technology news , tech news , new news , news , teh newsSo what is new in technology news? Something that it is hot right now is that though Amazon are rumoured to be expanding into smartphones.  New technology news rumours are all we have to go on at the moment – but they’re persistent enough. After all, when it comes to hot new technology news, there’s no smoke without fire!  of the difficult things when reading and writing new technology news is whether to trust it, you can judge this by looking at the creditability of the source of the new technology news.

New technology news sources are pondering Amazon’s acquisition, of former Windows Phone developer Charlie Kindel. Kindel left Microsoft in 2011 and went public with his work for Amazon earlier this year, stating he’s “now at Amazon, working on something wonderful”. There’s been speculation in new technology news is that Kindel is heading up the forthcoming Amazon smartphone. At the least, his presence guarantees something to do with hardware development.

In addition to Kindel, Wall Street Journal published new technology news confidently predicting two smartphones from Amazon – including a high-end offering with a 3D screen. According to experts in new technology news WSJ, this top-end mobile will use retina-tracking technology to make images appear as if they are floating about the touchscreen, which may be the closest we come to hologram technology for some time. Their inside new technology news sources also said you may be able to navigate via the movement of your eyes.

Is a 3D Samsung phone really new technology news? Back in 2011, both HTC and LG released dual-core devices with pre-packaged 3D technology, the HTC Evo 3D and LG Optimus 3D. Neither phone enjoyed much success, largely due to a lack of third-party apps offering 3D support, it was reported in relevant new technology news. Since games and apps were in 2D, only HTC/LG’s own applications took advantage of the technology – and due to the bulky hardware necessary to perform 3D rendering, both the Evo 3D and the Optimus 3D were significantly weaker, heavier, and had poorer battery life than other handsets around at the same time.

In new technology news sources, it’s rumoured Amazon maybe able to sidestep all these issues. Firstly they’re not utilizing ‘true’ 3D; retina-tracking technology allows them to create a facsimile of the 3D experience by boosting flat images and giving them the illusion of depth. They don’t have to worry about optimizing apps or games for 3D. Their proprietary app store means they could vet applications being submitted, to ensure they pass muster.

Also hot in new technology news at the moment, Nintendo have recently gained some mainstream success with their handheld Nintendo 3DS console, so it’s not too much of a stretch to picture Amazon succeeding with a 3D-capable smartphone. We expect to see a new Amazon smartphone emerge before the September/October rush. This is the time Apple and Samsung are going to start revealing top-end products, including Samsung Galaxy Note III and an Apple Smartwatch to buttress the functionality of the iPhone.

With other rumoured features in key new technology news publications including a 4.7 inch screen (rumour courtesy of new technology news site DigiTimes), a quad-core processor and Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 800 chipset, a high-end Amazon smartphone could certainly make waves in the market – particularly since, like Google and their Nexus 4, Amazon does not mind taking a loss on hardware. By pricing products close to the cost it takes to manufacture them, Amazon can ensure a massive impact on the market. Watch this space for new technology news!

T-Mobile Sees Lineups For iPhone SalesIt’s difficult to admit that T-Mobile was the only one that did not come up with the Apple iPhone . Of all of the major US mobile companies, Even partly prepaid carriers like Virgin and Cricket Mobile USA had a piece of the action before T-Mobile.

Of course, T-Mobile has always worked to overcome this by stating that they had a big  range of Android phones and that these devices more than made up for the shortage of an iPhone on their network. Hence proofed on Friday and the company was really pleased to see the extra concern and income generated throughout their 3,000 retail outlets throughout the country.

With the innogaration of the iPhone, T-Mobile did come up to lineups outside few of their locations. Customers were quite amused about a T-Mobile iPhone with some saying that it was about time.

T-Mobile comes up with a bit different features. To initiate with, In $99 upfront cost you will get a 16GB iPhone 5 and this idea needs a 2 year commitment of $20 each month. Unflattering images of the North Korean premier are strewn all over the site, and once removed simply crop up again. The site shave been now shut down. In latest tech news for today, a few tech pundits are speculating about the future of tablets. In contrast to phones and other devices, tablets have undergone more innovation. The tablet’s future shows it getting stringer. What if manufacturers get rid of batteries and processors? That will result in a better new tablet. Well you might not be wrong, a new patent out in the US today aims to do just that.

A patent application that was recently published over the web shows a prototype that will just be a remote display. Amazingly enough, the patent was registered to the CEO of Amazon Jeff Bezos. In essence the tablet will be removed of all its guts, the processor, the battery etc, leaving behind just the retina display. How will it work then you might ask. that will be Cloud computing. The tablet will have a central processor that will handle Cloud computing. Even more amazing it’s the fact that the device will be powered wirelessly, by Wi-Fi signals. Imagine that.

According to the patent application, the central box will also handle user input and process that onto the Retina display. That however leaves the device at the mercy of the range that that the central box can provide. We can only imagine that the tablet will also come equipped with a secondary controlling box. Sounds a bit gimmicky to us, but let’s see what kind of tablet is to come out of this. This is all in latest tech news for today.

Latest tech news: Hacker sentences to jail over iPad identity theft

Latest tech news: Hacker sentences to jail over iPad identity theftThere is a cult status surrounding those who hack and have the undisputed ability to make the life of many people difficult.

Since the formation of the secretive hacking society Anonymous, hacking has become the epitome of cool in the world of nerds and geeks.

In latest tech news for today, a hacker has been arrested along with his partner in crime for stealing email addresses and ICC IDs from Apple iPad owners that include popular names like Michael Bloomberg, blogger Kara Swisher and Harvey Weinstein.

Andrew Aurenheimer, who went by the online name of Weev, was working along with his partner Daniel Spitler when they were arrested by the FBI on charges of stealing from iPad 3GS owners. To date the hackers had stolen 114,000 email addresses along with other Apple IDs. They both were arrested in January 2011.

Their trail was rather extensive seeing that they both are supposed to belong to Goatse security coalition of hackers. After their arrest the coalition got down to removing all traces of the crime, and it took dedicated FBI computer specialists to prevent that from happening.

The trail was complicated by the continuous hacking of the evidence and the fact that no one was willing to give a testimony. Today however Aurenheimer was sentenced to 41 months in prison, with hope of parole after 12 months of good behavior. That is all for latest tech news for today.

Latest tech news: Samsung to launch its own version of Smartwatch

Latest tech news: Samsung to launch its own version of SmartwatchIn latest tech news, Samsung is really flexing its muscles in terms of technology and innovation. In an interview with the news channel Bloomberg, Samsung has confirmed that a smartwatch is already in the works, and that the company is really working quite hard over it.

Younghee Lee, the company’s executive vice president said that Samsung has been working on its own smartwatch for quite some time and it will be ready for the market soon. Mr. Lee said that Samsung is focusing on innovations for the future and their new smartwatch is definitely one of them. This implies that the smartwatch still needs a lot of work, but giving the confidence of Mr.

Lee’s tone, we are hopeful that the Samsung smartwatch will be worth all the work and effort.

Mr. Lee did not give any details of specifications, release date or price, but this is not Samsung’s first time in developing smartwatches.

In 2009 Samsung released a watchphone, billed the world’s slimmest watchphone, the S9110. The device had a 1.76 inch touch screen and had an internet connection using Outlook.

The S9110 was released nearly ten years after the launch of the world’s first watchphone the SPH-WP10.

As usual the talk of any Samsung product will lead to comparisons with Apple.

Apple’s much rumored iWatch is still being developed, although Mr. Lee said that it is a question of who can commercialize it first and release it to the masses. It is estimated that smartwatch sales can generate up to 6 billion dollars in sales this year. This is all for latest tech news.
